....sure isn't as good as the real stuff!!...But, then, neither is any of the sugar free chocolate candy I buy at the store. So the verdict on the fudge is that it is better than I expected, but not as good as I had hoped. The butter was from the pan I poured the melted fudge into, so that became an easy fix for next time. So now ol' Rob has a pie pan of uber rich fudge that will take a loooong time to eat...
Oh, Meg...i will be sendin' you my fudge recipes in an e-mail today.
